Production Time
Each pair of shoes we produce is a handcrafted product made with care and attention to detail. Since our shoes are made to order, we prioritize complete transparency regarding the time required to ensure the highest quality.
The production of your shoes usually takes 2-3 weeks from the date of your order. As a handcrafted, made-to-order product, slight delays in production time may occur, however, we assure you that each shoe is created with great care and quality.
Shipping Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Here is an indicative list of shipping times based on the country:
- Europe: 7-14 business days (Italy, France, Germany, Spain, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland)
- North America: 7-14 business days (United States, Canada, Mexico)
- Australia and New Zealand: 10-20 business days
- Asia: 5-10 business days (Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand)
- Middle East: 10-20 business days (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Israel)
Total Time
Taking into account both production and shipping times, please plan for a total delivery time of 4-7 weeks from the date of your order. We will provide you with updates via email as your shoes progress through production and shipping.
Costum duties
Please note that customs duties and import taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and will be collected upon delivery, if applicable.
