We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

RETURN POLICY

Our priority is your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange. Please note that each pair of Tweels shoes is handcrafted with care and dedication by skilled artisans and due to the nature of artisanal production, slight variations or small traces of the manufacturing process, such as minimal glue marks, may occur. These marks are not considered defects, but rather a part of the process that makes each shoe unique and ensures the authenticity of the product. For this reason, minor glue marks or superficial imperfections will not be considered as valid reasons for a return or refund, unless they compromise the functionality of the product. 

RETURN CONDITIONS

You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return the shoes. Shoes must be unworn outdoors, in their original condition and with the original packaging intact. Products with signs of wear cannot be accepted for return. Customised or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  1. Contact us via email at tweels.dance@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to ship the product back.
  3. Once the return is received and the product’s condition verified, we will proceed with the refund.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the product. Any original shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

SIZE or MODEL EXCHANGE

If you need a different size or wish to exchange the model, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We offer free exchanges for a different size or model (subject to availability). We will ship the new size/model once we have received the original product.

Shipping Costs: In the case of an exchange for size or model, the return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility unless there is a defect with the product or an error on our part.

New Shipment: The new pair of shoes will be shipped only after we have received the original product and verified that it is in perfect condition, without any signs of wear or damage. 

Processing Time: Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send the new pair of shoes within 5-7 business days (if in stock, otherwise the estimated time will be the same as a new order). You will be updated via email throughout the process. 

DEFECTIVE or INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement pair at no additional cost.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
